I am dedicated to helping my clients reach and even exceed their fitness goals. I earned my fitness certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a certified sports "Performance Enhancement Specialist"(PES). As a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), I have the knowledge to design strength and conditioning programs so that I can improve my athlete’s or non-athlete's endurance, strength, speed, and power. I am also specialized in designing program for weight loss, injury prevention and recovery. Changing the subject, I was a three sports athlete in college. I played soccer, basketball and track and field. I was also noticed by three NFL teams, who were fascinated by my athletic ability and requested me to send in multiple football specific videos. I have chosen, BigWu Fitness, to help people achieve their fitness goals, be a mentor to youth, and an encouragement to all those that walk through the door.
