About Willliam Rice

An experienced educator, leader of leaders, schools, curriculum, and instruction with a demonstrated history of working successfully in the mission-driven not-for-profit education management industry as well as public school systems. During my time as leader of schools, two of my magnet schools have earned Magnet School of Distinction Status via The Magnet Schools of America. As a leader with demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as well as skills in Business Strategy, Magnet School Management, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Classroom Management, Specialized Instructional Programming for students with significant special needs, Differentiated Instruction, and Curriculum Development. I led the development of a comprehensive curriculum redesign, reconfigured specialized schools to maximize programming and profit, led the development of leadership frameworks that support school improvement, and developed a leadership development program to increase the instructional capacity of building administrators and directors. Strong community and social services professional with an Executive Leadership Program Certificate (093 Certification) focused on Educational Leadership and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Currently a doctoral student in the Department of Educational Leadership at Southern Connecticut State University.
