Senior non-profit executive and general manager. 30 years’ experience managing and overseeing mission driven organisations with key skills in operational management, policy & advocacy, partnership management and overseeing over €1 billion in resource mobilization over the last 15 years. Long experience in EU policy & partnerships (DG RTD, DG Health, HERA, DG INTPA and agencies IMI/IHI, EDCTP3, EMA, EIB); and European Parliament (ITRE and ENVI committees) and various Brussels based civil society and industry associations. Solid experience in Social Impact Assessment; Finance and Administration; Communications and Marketing; Partnership Management and Contracting; Strategy development; among others. Representing international non-profit organisations globally at the G20, G7 and UN (UN General Assembly and WHO World Health Assembly), at EU Parliament and parliaments in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, Spain, USA, Australia and New Zealand. I also served as management advisor to many government agencies and non-profits and have been responsible for oversight of a network of country offices. Work experience in over 90 countries globally and holding a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
