About Willona Glover

After completing my Medical Assistant Associate's degree at Independence University, I plan on seeking employment with a family practice. I am open to work in any setting, hospital, urgent care, rest homes, as well as therapy, and any other healthcare unit seeking assistance. I have studied a lot of coursework pertaining to patient-centered care, medical histories/records, medical terminology, dignity, respect, privacy laws, standard precautions, administrative services, clinical services, and the list goes on. I do believe I would be an asset to any company. I am currently a work from home customer service representative. I help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. I also help customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, as well as providing sales support. My job responsibilities allow me to empathize with many people from different backgrounds. From December to February, I will be completing a one-hundred-sixty hour externship to conclude the Medical Assistant program. I am hoping for a great outcome as well as gaining employment opportunities. I would love to develop the most knowledgeable insight.
