HR AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING: I provide 1) consulting, 2) coaching, and 3) training on various areas of expertise- Employee Experience - Organizational Culture and Design - Conflict Analysis, Management, and Resolution - The Practice of Coaching - Organizational Theory and Ethics RESEARCH AND PROGRAM SUPPORT: My institutional academic research and subject matter expertise generally falls into these categories- Sociology: Social theory, sociology of labor, social justice, LGBTQ+ studies - Organizational Theory: HR and human resources, organizational culture, DEI, organizational misconduct, power and control - Humanities: Esotericism, hermeticism, and heterodoxies, media ecology, anthropologies of marketing and advertising, ethics - Religious Studies: Fundamentalisms and high-control groups, hermeneutics and discourse analysis, authoritarianism Further, I provide program support for public administration and academic programs. This includes strategic planning, project management, full-cycle grant making, and evaluation. MEDIATION Whether in workplace disputes, community conflicts, or business negotiations, mediation empowers individuals to find balanced, lasting resolutions. Mediation can occur in informal settings (such as between individuals, in HR settings, and more), or as official court-ordered General Civil Mediation. I am credentialed to provide General Civil Mediation in Michigan through a 40-Hour Michigan State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) and Community Dispute Resolution Program (CDRP) training. COACHING I offer a range of one-one-one coaching, from executives and leaders, to survivors of high-control or abusive environments.
