I am a seasoned, highly motivated leader and mentor. My experience includes leadership in the Automotive, Supply Chain/Logistics and Data Management Industries. While my career mandates that I wear many leadership hats, deeply rooted at my core is a passion for mentoring and grooming those for whom I am directly responsible. John C. Maxwell stated and I firmly believe that,"the best leaders are humble enough to realize that their victories depend upon their people." My achievements include: lean manufacturing certification, maintenance of key performance indicators, team building, employee development and strategic planning. In addition to my career in the Automotive Industry, I am a full-time pianist/organist. My love for music dates back to my childhood days, and it remains a passion to date. I have an appreciation of most genres of music. Some of my favorite Artists include: Stevie Wonder, Gregory Porter, Donnie Hathaway, William Murphy, The Walls Group and Tasha Cobbs. In my past time, I enjoy spending time with family and traveling. My colleagues and friends know me as highly focused and goal oriented. It is my dream to pour into others as much as possible and leave with them a positive mindset that enables them to reach higher and to always believe that anything is possible.
