Over 23 years of experience in semi-conductor, succeeded in new 3DIC reference flow, new thermal solution, Chip-integration, new PDK function creation, and new advanced ASIC/Custom design flow methodology enablement for DTCO.Experience:• 14+ years in foundry, succeeded in design methodology/flow and technology/design platform enablement• 4+ years in supporting Apple company on-site to successfully enable N7, N5, and N3 APR flows• 10+ years in collaborating with customers and EDA partners to construct a strong ecosystem among customers, EDAs, and foundry• 8+ years in IC design, succeeded in WLAN/Bluetooth/Proprietary IC development and IC mass production• 2.5+ years in process improvement and production line management• 16+ years in project and people management• Able to effectively manage multi-tasks and possess excellent problem-solving, organization, presentation, and communication skillsAchievement:• Vision-Oriented Team Building: Built teams from scratch at TSMC and Intel, formulated the team's vision, and gradually refined it into executable short, medium- and long-term plans.• Outside-the-Box Innovation: Very capable of learning new areas fast, precisely root-causing issues, and proposing outside-the-box solutions.
