About Willy Limiady

I have over 12 years of professional experience providing strategic advisory for deputy ministries in public sector, advising C-suites in private sector, and managing sustainability projects in development agencies. My cumulative body of works span across multiple sectors, from energy efficiency project financing with Asian Development Bank and Danish International Development Agency, innovative financing and digital agriculture research at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food, and strategic management planning at Deloitte Consulting. As project management practitioner, I had been tasked to assist the Coordinating Ministry of Economy (Kemenko Perekonomian) for debottlenecking over 200 Strategic National Projects (PSN), conduct research on strategic foresight for Supreme Audit Institution (BPK), manage an organisation transformation, Good Corporate Governance, and value capture corporate strategy for Indonesia's largest construction SOE (Hutama Karya), lead the development of Digital Literacy Roadmap for Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo), and subsequently deliver the implementation of digital ecosystem in rural areas for BAKTI Kominfo as the execution agency. I recently worked with the GovTech Edu, a special taskforce under Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), to develop digital platforms for teachers and students and to create irreversible transformation in education sector. Currently, I am embarking on a renewed mission with Tony Blair Institute for Global Change to institutionalise and help establish digital government agencies for the Government of Indonesia, primarily with Digital Transformation Office (DTO) Ministry of Health (Kemenkes)
