As the head of legal department at Cipta Harmoni Lestari, I oversee all legal matters for the company, which operates in various sectors such as corporate, commercial contract, land and construction, dispute settlement, license, and intellectual property rights. With over than five years of experience in the various industry including but not limited to real estate, consumer goods, retail, hospital & health care and also MICE industry, I have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, land acquisition, dispute settlement, and legal compliance. I am skilled in preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, as well as providing legal analysis and advice to the management and stakeholders, also facilitate and negotiate cooperation with external parties, such as banks and non-bank financial institutions, and handle intellectual property rights issues for the company. My vision and mission to ensure the legal protection and security of the company's interests and assets, and to support its growth and development.
