About Willy Tan

Willy is a strategy consultant where he is actively helping and advising Indonesian publicly-listed companies, state-owned enterprises and major government institutions; Australian, Japanese public companies and Italian private company on the corporate business transformation strategy, due diligence analysis for mergers & acquisitions, market entry analysis and business expansion and growth strategy. The industry exposure that he had experience with, includes financial services, insurance, telecommunications, IT, government/public sector, oil and gas, construction and private (Indonesian conglomerate business) sectors. Equipped with deep-expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management, inventory management, new metrics and performance benchmarking development and monitoring experiences; keen insight into proactively identifying and resolving problems and applying of improvement activities which have significantly optimized resources, improved processes, increased output and enhanced customer satisfaction. Had international exposure having studied in premiere educational institutions in the United States (Boston, Massachusetts) and have been working with professionals from the Netherlands, Sweden, India and the UK. Willy holds a Master of Engineering's Degree in Manufacturing and Business Management (GPA 4.5/5.0) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
