About Wilmar Dizon

I started out as a customer service rep in a call center particularlly in Travel Account, where I learned the basics—answering calls, resolving issues, and really listening to what the customer needs. It was a great foundation, and it taught me the importance of patience and empathy in delivering great customer service experience. After a four years, I was promoted to team lead. This role added a new layer of responsibility, as I was now overseeing a team. It wasn’t just about interacting with customers anymore; it was also about guiding my team to do the same. I learned a lot about management and how to keep a team motivated. So, all in all, I’ve had a pretty comprehensive journey through the customer service landscape, and I’m eager to bring that experience into my next role.
