Background

About Wilson Correa

I am an Associate Director within Accenture’s Supply Chain and Engineering group, specializing in Operational Technology (OT), commissioning, and digital transformation for large-scale industrial and mining operations. I bring over 20 years of global experience leading and governing complex programs across the full lifecycle of OT and industrial platforms — from architecture and system implementation through commissioning, transition to operations, and operational stabilization. I have worked extensively across Chile, Canada, Brazil, the United States, Australia, South Africa, and other regions, supporting critical asset development and operational performance. My core expertise includes industrial automation, IT/OT convergence, real-time data platforms, and operational readiness, with a strong focus on ensuring that systems are not only delivered, but fully prepared for safe, reliable, and sustainable operations. Throughout my career, I have taken end-to-end accountability for integrated delivery, acting as a senior interface between clients, delivery teams, and technology vendors, and ensuring alignment between engineering, commissioning, and operations. Prior to Accenture, I was part of ATAN, a leading Brazilian engineering and industrial IT/OT solutions provider, which was later acquired by Accenture. Since then, I have contributed to the delivery of large-scale transformation programs across mining, oil & gas, chemicals, utilities, metals, pulp & paper, and other industrial sectors.
