My skill set encompasses User Research, Wireframing and Prototyping, Visual Design and usability Testing, Throughout my career, I've worked with renowned companies such as the Bank of Kigali, where I worked with a cross-functional team to revamp their flagship mobile app. This endeavour resulted in a 40% increase in user engagement and a 25% reduction in bank walk-throughs to open accounts. Additionally, my contributions to the redesign of the Back Office led to a 50% increase in user retention within the first quarter of launch.
