About Wilton Bennett

I am a committed, hardworking and experienced individual keen to seek employment in a management role to utilise my geotechnical, drilling, people management, contracts management, Health and Safety and Business Development knowledge, skills and experience. I have worked in the Construction industry for over 20 years particularly in Site Investigation much of which has been for a highly reputable major contractor. The delivery of quality data, meeting target dates and safe site operations have being my main motivation. Being able to safely and economically deliver ground investigation regardless of working environment are my strengths. My particular expertise lies in; • Contract drilling for geotechnical information, environmental monitoring and assessment, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring and mineral exploration. • Contracts/Project Management for Site Investigation • Health and Safety management • Human Resources My experiences as a laboratory technician has provided me the knowledge for which I have based my management and delivery of geotechnical site investigation. Additionally, my experience in drilling has provided me the base from which I have effectively managed Health and Safety within the site investigation field. Over the last 8 years Project Management with particular emphasis on Commercial awareness, tendering/estimating,mentoring and Health and Safety have being my main roles. I have successfully managed contracts in various environments during this period which includes Crossrail (C405 Paddington Instrumentation and Monitoring, London Bridge Redevelopment), Network rail (Great Western Mainline Electrification, Lower Tame GI), Contaminated Land (Port Talbot Contamination Survey) and National Grid (London Power Cable Tunnel).
