Currently (2019) he develops a financial scheme to make the energy transition profitable for tenants and is an active landdeveloper Well-known and creative authority in the field of real estate: analyzing, optimizing, financing.and lecturing. He dislikes extensive reports and is famous for his “egg of Columbus” solutions •Developed and introduced new mortgage systems, land lease and new valuation techniques in the Netherlands.
