About Win Betteridge

My passion is building high-performance retail sales teams and luxury brands synonymous with quality and exceptional customer service. I'm the CEO and owner of Greenleaf & Crosby. Founded in 1868, Greenleaf & Crosby has the longest tenure in Florida of any jeweler. It has been a fixture on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach since the 1920s. Prior to taking over Greenleaf & Crosby, I served as CMO and COO at Betteridge for over twelve years. For the first five years at the company, I was responsible for building the website, eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives from the ground up. More recently, I was charged with managing retail and wholesale operations at Betteridge's four stores. Watches of Switzerland, a public company based out of the UK, acquired Betteridge's Greenwich, Vail and Aspen stores in December of 2021. As a part of the transaction, I took over Betteridge's Palm Beach business, re-branding it Greenleaf & Crosby in recognition of the historic brand which Betteridge had acquired over a decade previously. Before joining Betteridge, I co-founded a social media company, Genesis Interactive, in 2006 where I served as Chief Executive Officer for three years in San Francisco and worked as an analyst in the equity research department at Citigroup in New York City for two years. In 2004, I graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
