Short Bio for Win Cowgill Win Cowgill is the owner of Win Enterprises International, a Pomology and Horticultural Consulting Company and is an independent C.O.P.E Certified Health Coach with Optavia. He is a Health Coach Trainer and a Certified Health Coach that offers a comprehensive approach to weight-loss, weight-management, and long-term optimal health. This unique program has impacted over 5300 individuals. We are currently expanding to Hong Kong and Singapore and are actively looking for individuals who want to grow with us. Win Enterprises International,(WEI) is located in NJ/USA. WEI focuses on all aspects of commercial tree fruit production and is available for contract research in pomology and other horticultural areas specializing in Plant Growth Regulators. Win Cowgill was a Professor and area fruit agent at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey from 1978-2016. He was awarded Professor Emeritus. A graduate of Delaware Valley University (‘74) and Rutgers, the State University (77). Cowgill has published over 500 articles and refereed journal articles. He serves on the editorial advisory board of American and Western Fruit Grower magazine and is the editor of Horticultural News, and associate editor of Massachusetts Fruit Notes. He has conducted over 225 applied research and demonstration trials through out NJ, MA, and PA Cowgill's applied research and extension efforts in conjunction with NC140 rootstock research has guided a large expansion of the commercial tree fruit industry in Northern NJ. Over acres of new high density apple plantings have been established in Northern Jersey. •Since 1992 over 99% of the new apple trees planted in NJ have been on size controlling (dwarfing) rootstocks (according to the NJ fruit tree surveys conducted by USDA-NASS)
