About Windri Marieta

Windri Marieta is the founding partner of Marieta Mauren specializing in arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Co-Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - Indonesia Chapter. She is also the appointed Indonesia Delegate for ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Disputes Resolution. She has represented high-profile clients such as the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, State-owned entities and foreign investment companies in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings under major arbitration institution rules including Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as under adhoc UNCITRAL rules. She also handles enforcement of both domestic and international arbitral awards in Indonesia. In addition to arbitration, Windri also leads the firm in financial technology, ecommerce dan data protection matters. She is a member of ethical committee of Fintech Lending Association (AFPI) and OJK's external assessor for fit and proper test of director, commissioner and controlling shareholders. She is qualified and licensed to act as legal counsel before Indonesian courts. She has an extensive court experience handling complex litigation such as shareholder dispute and annulment of arbitral award. She has been an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia since 2019 teaching course on international commercial arbitration. She is also a member of panel of arbitrators of Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM).
