Organize and drive initial office setup including coordinating with landlord, our distributor in HK and working w/ contractor for office fit-out, supplies and equipment ordering,etc. Coordinate and administer recuiting schedules for US personnel to intervieiw candidates in HK. Perform all functions of office admin, including facility management, procurement of equipment and supplies, phone administration, vendor relations and routine admin duties includin generatin correspoondence and reports. Accounting book keeping and Year end aduit report. Keep track of office overhand expenses and budget report to headquarter. Arrange and maintain benefit program for emoloyees. Handle payroll and MPF system Set up efficient office processes for ongoing office including creating and office filling sytem. Responabitily Monster employees Asia air ticktet, hotel booking and local transportation support on behalf settle payment. Assist in new employee orientation and provide clerical and reception support as necessary. Assist with travel and accommocation and event organization for all emplyees in HK office and vistor from US.
