I am an administrative and student services professional with over 6 years of experience supporting colleges and training institutes in Canada and India. My background includes student advising, records management, career services, and program coordination. I enjoy helping students succeed by resolving issues quickly, guiding them through admissions and registration, and creating a welcoming and supportive campus experience. In my recent roles at Algonquin College (CDI College) and Trios College, I improved processes in student records and registration, planned orientations and convocation ceremonies, and built strong relationships with faculty, staff, and employers. I also led career workshops, coached students on résumés and interviews, and developed employer connections that expanded job opportunities for graduates. I am quick to learn new student information systems (SIS) and platforms, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent service. My goal is to continue contributing to student success and institutional growth through efficient administration, strong communication, and a solutions-focused approach.
