Winnie is a versatile M&E professional proficient in program management and data analytics. She is known for her adaptability and quick learning abilities, driven by a strong passion to reshape people's stories and make a meaningful impact through data-driven decision-making. A graduate of BSc( Economics & Statistics),my professional journey has been closely aligned with these values, primarily through my involvement in PEPFAR/USAID-funded initiatives focused on Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Adolescent and Young Women (AGYW) as well as Mastercard Foundation's refugee livelihood program. My expertise encompasses a range of vital skills, including monitoring and evaluation, program management, data analysis, data visualization, and presentation using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBi, STATA, and the Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS), as well as Case Management. In addition, my proficiency extends to OVC M&E reporting databases and DATIM. This skill set enables me to not only interpret numerical data but also extract compelling stories and insights behind the numbers. I am well-versed in conducting surveys and focused group discussions (FGDs) & in the development of data collection tools for both quantitative and qualitative data, utilizing platforms such as KOBO, ODK, and traditional paper forms. I possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which enable effective collaboration with individuals and groups. Additionally, I have experience in people management, allowing me to work seamlessly as part of a team and lead when necessary. I am also comfortable working independently when the situation requires it.
