I specialize in aligning technology with institutional strategy to enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and systems integration. My expertise spans ERP systems (T24, Microsoft Dynamics 365), data analytics (Power BI, SQL, IBM Cognos), web administration, and ICT governance. I’ve led the implementation of secure, scalable systems supporting over users, reducing downtime by 20% through infrastructure upgrades and proactive support frameworks. At Rongo University, I serve as ICT Coordinator -TVET, Lecturer, Webmaster, and ICT Technologist.
