About Winnie Tran

I'm a multidisciplinary professional with a career that looks like a labyrinth, but reads like an adventure. With a history in tech, design, market research, and everything in between, I don't limit myself to a particular role or specialty - but my mission is to help my clients uncover the stories untold and find meaningful insights from numbers and figures. I am a jack of all trades, and a master of some, with 3 years of marketing/operations experience, 3 years of project management experience, 5+ years of design experience, and a Psychology degree from the University of Waterloo! My strengths lie in problem-solving and solving puzzles; whether it's solving problems in business, in design, in planning, or execution. I have an inherent interest in understanding and improving processes pertaining to human behaviour, consumption, and motivation - why do we do what we do and how can we avoid mistakes and biases in the long run? My main objective in life is to learn and I am firm believer in self-reflection. I consider myself to be a constant work in progress with curiosity being a strong driving force in my daily life. My philosophy in life has always been the following: If it doesn't exist, I will create; if it can't be done, I will adapt; and if there is apathy, I will motivate. Outside of work, I am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and have a strong passion for promoting independent artists and local talent, particularly in the Asian-American community.
