About Winnie Winters

I believe the world needs people who are fully alive. That’s why I help changemakers thrive, connecting personal growth with meaningful social impact. My approach blends somatic practices, narrative reinvention, and practical tools to guide individuals and groups toward profound transformation. I design workshops and coaching sessions that bring together introspection and actionable insights, offering participants the opportunity to reconnect with their core values, passions, and purpose. I work with changemakers, leaders, and unconventional thinkers, offering: Group workshops on mindfulness, nonviolent communication, core quadrants, flow. Coaching programs focused on thriving in transition, embodied leadership, and narrative reinvention. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking greater alignment in your work, or looking to bring more intentionality into your life, I create space for growth, discovery, and meaningful action. Inspired by integral models, polarity wisdom, TEAL principles, the InnerMba.
