Currently: Marketing and Communications Director for Real Art Ways, a multidisciplinary nonprofit arts center and single-screen (soon to be 4 screen) art house theater in Hartford, Connecticut. I get the word out about all of our visual, public and performing arts, literary, music, film and learning & engagement programs. I work closely with our Development, Capital Campaign and Membership teams to raise brand awareness, retain and grow annual membership, and produce outreach and appeal materials. I work with community and business leaders and strategic partners throughout the Greater Hartford region to put on relevant and accessible events to have the most impact. Past life: Experienced and strategic producer, production manager and creative operations professional with a proven track record in production and team management. 13 years leading in-house teams and freelance crews and executing production for advertising, film, music, and brand marketing. Manager of productions between $10K to $1.5M, aligned to business and creative objectives. I have run sets juggling high-profile personalities from Questlove, Tim McGraw, RZA, Maria Bello, and Simu Liu to working intimately with the documentary team telling whistleblower stories from the Harvey Weinstein investigation. Leader of award-winning teams recognized by juries from CLIO, Telly, Webby, Tribeca, TIFF, SFFILM, CAAM Fest, and more.
