Currently working at starting my own business. At Wells Fargo Bank I was a Data Management Manager. I help lead the data quality initiatives in support of Data Governance at Wells Fargo. I manage onshore and offshore FTE resources along with consultants both on and offshore. The data governance project encompasses over applications data being onboarded to a data lake built on Hadoop and Hive. AB Initio and Enterprise Metadata Hub are the two main tools used to manage data quality across the data lake and Wells Fargo. I manage the data quality monitoring and reporting across the eOne initiative, Oracle's OFSAA platform, Wells Fargo's one number platform for regulatory reporting. I led the testing effort for a project to modify and correct a hierarchical financial reporting structure consisting of consuming data from two ragged hierarchies and one flat table and conforming to a nine level hierarchical structure. I led the efforts of six other testers for the Data Governance project. At Bank of America I worked on the BankAmeriDeals ecommerce application as a production support analyst from Mar 2012 to July 2013. I analyzed production data issues using SQL for data analysis, created reports and conducted analysis on the Informatica ETL processes, and designed and implemented reporting solutions for my LOB partners. At BB & T Bank I was a data warehouse analyst ETL developer. This position incorporated my data analyst skills, data profiling abilities, and ETL (extract, transform, and load) developer experience. I am best known for executing and finishing projects that have been sidetracked. I am used to wearing many hats (data analyst, data modeler, project manager, developer, tester, documentation) and communicating at all levels of the organization. I was given a very aggressive time line on a high risk and impact data warehouse project but by working with the clients to clearly define the business objectives and then planning to the business objectives was able to meet the time line without negative impact.
