I am a hospitality professional with an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management and Technical Diploma for Office Administration from Fox Valley Technical College. I have certifications in Reception, ServSafe Manager, and Responsible Beverage Server. I have a passion for hospitality and travel, and I have relocated from Wisconsin to Colorado to pursue my career goals. My most recent role was as a Conference Services Manager at The Westin Westminster Denver-Boulder, where I communicated with clients and coordinated large exhibitions, multi-day corporate events, and social receptions. I have also worked as a Meeting & Event Manager at Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, contracting and detailing all on-site events. In addition, I have served as a Secretary/Treasurer at Fox Cities Lodging & Hospitality Association, supporting the local hospitality industry. I have developed strong skills in written communication, phone etiquette, and attention to detail, as well as a collaborative work ethic and an understanding of hotel operations. I am motivated to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences to every guest and client. I am currently seeking a role in either Event Management or Executive Assistance.
