I am a designer dedicated to helping businesses plan, build, and operate highly curated spaces. I have delivered 1.7M sq. ft. of modern commercial and residential interiors in 30 cities by leading effective, multidisciplinary teams across 70 projects, partnering with world-class real estate brokers and architects in 12 countries, and advising the C-suite on transformative strategies and sustainable facilities. As an owner's rep, I have 10+ years of workplace strategy experience managing the people, services, and budgets to operate sustainably certified, tech-enabled facilities with hospitality-style amenities and hybrid event capabilities. I have provided a full lifecycle service to operate class A, B, and C properties by negotiating thousands of vendor contracts and 50 leases valued at 180M in iconic locations worldwide, including offices, event spaces, clubhouses, client-facing studios, corporate apartments, retail cafes, and loft-style workplaces that delivered on a commitment of a total workforce experience. My approach to sustainable design integrates compliance with ESG strategies and climate benchmarks toward net-zero goals, earning LEED, Well, and FitWel certifications, implementing environmental impact monitoring systems, and collaborating with DEI-certified vendors and suppliers. I have ensured that events and facilities are code-compliant, effectively onboarded union labor, and executed security, fire, and life safety plans for all projects. At heart, my interests revolve around the transformative potential of architecture, technology, and real estate in shaping housing and impacting health in big cities. Recognizing the fundamental need for connection, I encourage people to seriously consider creating spaces that facilitate it, both in physical placemaking and the virtual world.
