As a Client Services Coordinator at Digital Planet, a leading provider of digital solutions in South Africa, I managed key accounts and provide administrative support to our clients. I ensure customer satisfaction, generate reports, and communicate effectively with staff and clients. My dedication, integrity, and quality work have earned me several awards as the Head Office Employee of the Quarter in 2023.
