About Witold Gorecki

I am a Supply Chain manager with extensive and recognized experience in Operations, Procurement and Logistics; track record in FMCG, food sector and healthcare. I have worked for international organizations of various size and business models: family-owned and big internationals in multi-cultural environment. I have a track record in strategic projects, greenfiled constructions and site extensions, aimed to prepare businesses for growth while ensuring flexibility. My backgroung is in Engineering and I have completed post-graduate studies in Procurement (MCIPS with Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) and in Business Adfministration (Executive MBA at Koźmiński University in Warsaw). Operations / Supply Chain: responsible for country-wide operations (two production facilities), P&L and development (MasterPlan, site extension). Logistics: leading country operations (25+ locations, 500+ people) Lean deployment, warehouses automation and developing strategy for Poland and Baltic States; continuous improvemet and change management in logistics services in the CEE region. Procurement: leading procurement function (direct, indirect and CAPEX categories), with personal and hands-on approach in selected strategic projects; close cooperation with suppliers, aimed at ensuring business continuity, reduced risk and supply base development; providing framework for professional growth of my direct Team. I am also active as Mentor and project sponsor in the development program for students - Top Young 100, organised by PSML (Polish Association of Logistics Managers). Fluent in English and French, with some Russian and German. As a person: open-minded, team player, adaptive, goal oriented, reliable, with a sense of humour.
