As a IT team leader I manage a team of people, plan the workload and tasks, plan the development of activity, plan and control the budget. As a project manager I use to lead the implementation of new projects mainly in stressful environment dealing with core corporate systems and supporting solutions e.g. documents mapping and printing (iOPM), KPI and operational reporting, EDI messages mapping, consult and supervise hardware purchase and configuration. I deal daily with WMS, TMS, Business Intelligence, Output management solutions, EDI solutions and other IS solutions which support core business. Being responsible for IT for years I gained rich IT experience including Databases structures knowledge, programing, RF technology Other skills and competences Technical knowledge, knowledge and experience on automotive spare parts warehousing and distribution, rich experience in logistics, knowledge and experience on management, experience on projects management using internal KN project management methodology in international environments. I have been running pilot projects on regional and national level in the area of IT, telecommunication and Contract Logistics IS solutions.
