About Witold Story

I have nearly 20 years experience in Sales. Nowadays I lead the Team with 150 consultants and 11 managers in two companies Supreme Financial and Owl Financial. We are very successful and we are constantly growing. The secret of building such a huge and successful team from "zero" in just 4 years is trust and respect to everyone (client, consultant, manager) and obviously hard work and sacrifice. My journey in sales began in Poland on the last year of the University. I started to work as sales representative in Alab Laboratories. After my move to UK in 2007 and short period of work in warehouse I was hired by Copper Cable Company (Telefonica) on Purchase Order Clerk position. I was very happy that I didn't have to go to warehouse but in the same time I realized that 40-hours shift and retirement age at 67 it is not for me. In my searching of "ideal job" I was recruited by my future manager to Insurance Business. Initially I treated Insurance as additional source of income. Finally after 6 months I understood that I could easily earn more from my "additional job"than from "proper job in the office". Moreover after one year in the business I have seen some examples how my work could change life of families with insurance and without. At that point work became my passion. I started to help more and more families. Soon I started recruiting people with passion, with right, positive attitude, wanted to help others and having will to work hard to change their current life. It has taken me three years to go to program preparing to manager position. After I needed additional two years to find first 30 exceptional persons to my team. Most of them is today very successful and 10 of them build their own teams! We have now have together 150 consultants! Amazing!
