Throughout my career at Krones, I’ve always believed that successful projects are built not just on technical precision - but on people, collaboration, and shared learning. Today, I lead the development of regional project managers across the MEA region, guiding them through the transition to our new End-to-End (E2E) Project Management approach. My mission: to empower local teams with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to deliver retrofit solutions that truly make a difference. Whether it’s upgrading existing bottling lines, relocating entire production systems, or implementing complex technical retrofits, I’m deeply involved—from the first quotation to final commissioning. I conduct hands-on workshops on-site, helping project managers bridge the gap between theory and practice. And when projects become particularly challenging, I step in—not to take over, but to lead alongside them. With decades of experience and a strong internal network across Krones, I act as a connector between global expertise and local execution. I’m passionate about mentoring, solving problems, and building trust - because in the end, it’s not just about machines. It’s about people, progress, and long-term partnerships.
