About Wizesa Nadewa

Wizesa Nadewa (Zesa) brings a wealth of experience in both Sales and Recruitment, with a passion for building strong teams and delivering top results. His leadership journey started back in college, and since then, he's consistently taken on roles where he could make an impact. At Job2Go, a B2B company providing HRIS technology, Zesa successfully led the Telesales and Freelance teams, driving growth and helping the company serve more businesses. He then moved to Wagely, where he helped introduce their Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution, working closely with the Sales team to expand its reach. Currently, Zesa is channeling his expertise into the world of Recruitment, co-founding Alpha Recruit. He plays a key role in building client relationships and finding top talent, particularly for executive roles, helping businesses find the leadership they need to grow. Outside of his professional life, Zesa is also the drummer for Sudhobool, a band with original music available on streaming platforms. His band recently performed at Synchronize Festival 2023, one of Indonesia’s biggest music events—a personal and creative achievement he’s proud of.
