About Wojciech Glapiak

Coach, mentor, practitioner. 15 years of experience in production management, process optimization and standardization in business services (Shared Services, banking, medical services). As a few in Poland, I was responsible for the implementation of the Lean methodology in the biggest hospitals of private Capital Group and the implementation of projects aimed at maximizing profits and improving operational processes. As part of the work, i'm analyzing data, identifying areas that required changes, defining business needs for new improvements, modeling and parameterizing processes, establishing operational and management indicators, and coordinating work on implemented solutions. As a holder of Lean Six Sigma certificates, i'm conducting trainings of management and process optimization as well as Lean Management. I've conducted classes of the project group and mentoring sessions at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.
