I´m trained as a mechanical engineer (M.Sc.) with a focus on design and development. Additionally I received a masters degree (M.Sc) in economics in 2024. I started my career as a development engineer at the automotive supplier thyssenkrupp Steering where I could progress to a project manager and spend four months in Shanghai to support the serial production ramp-up for a customer project. I worked four and a half years at thyssenkrupp Steering before I started a new position as the referent of the Executive Vize President of Global Operations at Karl Storz SE & Co. KG, a medical technology company with a focus on minimally invasive surgery. Here I was working on developing a strategy for Global Operations and additionally leading two production localization projects in India and China. In both countries we could ramp-up the production successfully.
