Leading the most complex and versatile production site at Bayer’s Crop Science Division allows me to make a daily contribution to solving one of the most pressing problems of our time: feeding the world’s growing population. Our more than 1,100 employees work on the production of 35 active ingredients, 10 intermediates and around 300 formulations for modern and innovative crop protection to control weeds, pests and fungal diseases.
