About Woroud Ali

My name is Woroud Ali; I am a strategic leader, educator, and catalyst for change. My education and experience make me an ideal candidate for Math Teacher. I am currently working as a Math teacher for 6-8 graders at Aqaba International School. My seven years of experience as Mathematics Instructor developed me as a leader in Education. I have a unique background that specializes in supporting the success of administration, teachers and students; including professional development and training of other educators/teachers. My degree in Science from the University of Jordan, California Math single Subject credential from UCLA, and New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) demonstrate my understanding of social justice and community relations. My research skills and ethical understanding of the responsibilities required of the position. My degree in teaching demonstrates my problem solving, conceptual-thinking, analytical, and understanding of twenty-first century academics. My Science education demonstrates my understanding of connecting academics to real world. Being raised by Military family demonstrates my understanding of establishing high standards, assertiveness, morals, and the ability to effectively communicate with local, state, and national stakeholders. My thirteen years experience in Marketing and sales in Multinational Pharmaceutical companies demonstrates my leadership, highly self-energetic, persistence and highly positive attitude and flexibility. I am fully prepared to serve as a leader in Middle and Secondary education with expertise to function in a lively and diverse working environment. My education, pharmaceutical-marketing experiences have taught me to be a team player. I am fun to work with and fun to work for. I believe my experience character, values, and enthusiasm will make me an excellent member of your school team.
