My main driver is to provide feasible solutions in challenging, multi-disciplinary conditions. I’m focused on achieving results, preferably reached in cooperation with various parties and by inspiring people involved. I get highly motivated by the combination of a technical or business challenge in combination with human, cultural and environmental aspects in an international setting. Working on the edge or outside my comfort zone is a major driver.
