As an Engineer I offer my clients solutions to problems they have. First I research all aspects of the issue and gather information from client and colleagues. Using the acquired knowledge I compile a proposition that will be reviewed by stakeholders and fine tuned accordingly. I will be able to defend and transfer this final solution to the project team and stakeholders. Creating an environment for efficient project start up. The required communication will be ‘to the point’ if it has to, with a bit of humour as the situation allows. During the execution of the project I’ll keep an eye on the progress and adapt when altered situations dictate it, which I then report back to team and client. The offered solution will, first and foremost, solve the issue the client had, but it will also be a compromise in which all affected areas are taken in account.
