Over the years, I’ve held several roles within Salesforce, starting as an Associate Solution Engineer and progressing to Lead Solution Engineer. During this time, I also led initiatives focused on Analytics and AI experiences, helping clients unlock the power of data and intelligent solutions. Before Salesforce, I worked in technology consulting at Deloitte, where I supported businesses in optimizing their technology strategies. I hold a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from KU Leuven, and my background combines both technical and business expertise, especially in B2B environments. I’m passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences by connecting business challenges with effective technology solutions.
