I take great pride in my role as the leader of the Growthpoint Properties team in the Western Cape, as the region's remarkable potential constantly inspires me. In my role, I focus on optimising our existing portfolio, spearheading our ESG strategy, and leveraging our untapped potential to ensure continuous business growth. I am passionate about creating dynamic high performance company cultures, enabling my teams to execute carefully crafted strategies, whilst achieving a healthy work life balance. With over 30 years of experience as a chief executive officer in banking and the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to the team. I bring valuable expertise in real estate fund management, investments, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, private equity, and wealth management. I have a proven track record in real estate deal-making, demonstrating proficiency in innovative deal structuring and successful capital raising. I currently serves as a board member of SAPOA (South African Property Owners Association) Western Cape, board member of CCID (Cape Town Central City Improvement District).
