About Wouter Hilhorst
My ideal as architect, educator and maker is that things are done with care. With that ideal I design buildings, make furniture and graphic design, teach design and develop education at Eindhoven University of Technology, tutor graduating students at ArtEZ University of the Arts, and write about architecture. Part of this work I do in collaboration with Hyukjin Kang, architect and professor in architecture in South-Korea. Mijn ideaal als architect, architectuurdocent en maker is om de dingen met zorg te doen. Vanuit dat ideaal ontwerp ik gebouwen, maak ik meubels en grafiek, geef en ontwikkel ik ontwerponderwijs aan de TU Eindhoven, begeleid ik afstudeerders aan de ArtEZ Academie van Bouwkunst, en schrijf ik over architectuur. Een deel van dit werk doe ik in samenwerking met Hyukjin Kang, architect en architectuurdocent in Zuid-Korea.
