People and ICT make me happy! Improving processes using ICT so that people can do their work better. Resolving problems. The positive impact that ICT has on the ease of work and the pleasure that people experience when ICT is properly used within their organization. Taking people along in the digital transformation, letting them gain confidence in ICT, guiding them in change, and having them regain control of their work and business. And I would like to help with that!As a consultant and project manager I have a lot of experience in IT, logistics, retail and e-commerce on both the customer and supplier side. As a link between business and IT, I am able to quickly understand processes and systems and then translate business goals into technical solutions. I have led many software implementations at companies of different sizes in various industries and sat at the table with people from the shop floor to directors. I have worked a lot with software developers in waterfall and agile constructions to create new applications, new functionalities and changes.As a person I am open-minded, analytical, critical, honest and direct, always gaining the trust of the people I work with. I like challenges, problem solving, a pragmatic approach, I feel responsible for what I put my hands on and I am loyal to the desired result. I feel most at home within a flat organization that operates from corporate social responsibility and with a clear vision and mission. Work hard and have fun.
