I help companies deliver real business value with OutSystems (Low Code) with a proven applied Agile method based on a stunning user centric (UX and UI) approach with low code technology. I am a passionate people leader with a proven track record in building, developing and managing high performance teams, whilst being close to the content (player - coach). With over 12 years of experience in IT, I have delivered IT programs within the Public Service domain in diverse roles: information/business analyst, process designer, solution designer, team and delivery lead. With a history in management consultancy and system integration I have developed a customer centric approach with excellent problem solving ability and creativity which drive me to constantly challenge and improve business processes and service to customers. I am a straight communicator, quality (process) driven with a 'get things done'-mentality and prefer to work in a changing and growing (complex) environment. I am able to quickly shift gears from discussions with C-level to conversations with developers about the proposed solution. Besides work, I am a passionate (marathon)runner in which I apply similar values and skills as with work that set for success: preparation, planning, execution, focus, determination, retrospective and continuous learning and adaptability.
