In recent years talent acquisition has changed enormously. Old established ways of "recruitment" thinking, ways of work and methods are no longer tenable. This requires a different approach. A new way of thinking, looking and acting that secure an outcome which is not only faster but also better and more solid. I have a personal approach; critical, creative and cooperative. I challenge my clients to step off the beaten track. I look from a broad perspective to find effective solutions that match both organizational objectives and personal objectives. I am highly passionate and driven by my profession and want to make a true authentic difference. I bring a strong and active HR network combined with complex search techniques, skills and methods. There is a logical tipping point in the candidate market where, due to scarcity, common (reactive) recruitment methods become less effective in reaching professionals and talents. This requires an active and specific search approach to reach the target audience. I thus focus on positions that for some reason are difficult to staff with standard corporate recruitment efforts and work in close cooperation with both internal recruitment and line management.
