I have 38 yrs of proven maintenance leadership. Climbing through the ranks from technician, lead man, to engineering technologist, supervisor and manager and now Site Manager over Facilities and Maintenance, and Engineering. Managing staffs of over 100 employees and multi-million dollar budgets. Currently pursuing Regional Reliability Maintenance Management, Director and GM management positions. In order for us to be effective leaders in whatever capacity that we serve, we have to develop the skills and abilities to communicate well, motivate the team, handle and or delegate responsibilities, and be flexible enough to handle all types of concerns that come our way. I have the experience and honesty to lead my team. I have both the integrity and drive to sustain a positive leadership. Highly equipped with excellent interpersonal skills that have earned me the respect of my peers and those that work for me. I'm very successful at fostering a positive enviornment that allows my team to flourish without constant supervision. My success in both a Manager and Sr Manager role is due in part in my ability to manage employee morale which is a very important piece in executing a successful business plan. By focusing on the right issues and transitioning my leadership style to fit different groups as well as individuals. I have very honest and open communication with people which allows them to feel at ease and confide in me as well as collaborate with me in achieving a common goal to not only meet but to exceed standardized business performance KPI's.
