I serve as a Senior Coordinator of Stadium Operations with the Tennessee Titans, overseeing stadium logistics, event coordination, and facility management to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality experiences at Nissan Stadium. I manage event setup, conversion, and breakdown; supervise and support event staff; and conduct pre- and post-event facility inspections to maintain operational readiness. In this role, I coordinate cross-departmental operations and implement processes that enhance both efficiency and the fan experience on gamedays, concerts, and other large-scale events. I also support sustainability initiatives, including waste management and environmentally responsible practices throughout stadium operations. I focus on delivering operational excellence through strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while ensuring every event at Nissan Stadium runs seamlessly. I bring 30 years of proven experience in leading large teams, managing personnel practices, strengthening analytical processes, ensuring information security, and implementing effective programs and policies. In my role as Brigade Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army, I served as a senior advisor to the Chief Operations Officer on all matters related to performance, training, policy, doctrine, development, personnel management, employment law, and regulatory compliance. I provided leadership guidance to 60 senior managers across seven departments, collectively overseeing more than 4,600 personnel. Additionally, I directed talent acquisition and retention for 39 managers across the organization, operating independently without senior executive oversight. I am skilled in organizational development, translating data into actionable strategies, and aligning teams with mission objectives.
