Just prior to becoming CFO, spent 5 years in an executive leadership role within India Operations leading a few practice areas during this period - Retirement Services, Quality Control & Assurance, Content creation, Management & visuals and incubated an RPA development center. I was also the CFO of Fidelity Ireland on expatriate assignment; focussed on setting up middle office operations in Dublin and led various Finance transformation efforts including setting up of Finance Controls, Financial Reporting standardization and global workforce optimization framework. Experience in building high performing teams, developing top talent and incubating new service lines.
