Background

About Wyatt Baldwin

I have over a decade of experience in managing and improving business processes, using my data analysis and programming skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial systems and operations. As a Financial Officer at Élections Canada, I have successfully streamlined financial processes and driven cost-saving initiatives for the organization, which is responsible for conducting federal elections and referendums in Canada. Some of my notable achievements include integrating forms from FreeBalance to SAP, which improved data quality and reduced manual work, and developing a Bulk ROE Integration with the Elections Canada ROPS Field Payment System, which enabled electronic ROEs creation with Service Canada, saving costs and time for the organization and the employees. I am also a lifelong learner, having completed a Certificate in Business Analytics & Data Visualization from Carleton University, where I learned how to leverage tools such as VBA Excel and Microsoft Power BI to create impactful data visualizations and reports. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of any organization.
